All ISL TCAs are required to migrate away from ISL to become ITSO Licensed Members. Becoming an ITSO Licensed Member is the next step towards the implementation of a smart ticketing infrastructure and whilst some TCAs will migrate sooner than others, it is expected that all will migrate away from ISL within its contracted timeframe.
This page provides links to ISL documentation necessary to migrate away from ISL, Section A details some useful FAQs on the topic. In addition, both ISL and ITSO have direct contacts to support TCAs during the migration process:
- Exiting ISL: Kim Clarke, Senior Business Support Officer
0121 634 2755 / kim@itso.org.uk - Joining ITSO: Claudette Stephenson, External Relations Manager
0121 634 2751 / claudette@itso.org.uk
Please note that ISL and ITSO are two seperate companies and as such are required to implement individual procedures; both ISL and ITSO work closely to ensure that TCA transition from ISL to ITSO is completed effectively and according to requirement. Always contact ISL in the first instance, in order to expediate the process of migration.
ISL has already witnessed successful TCA Migration during 2009/10 and anticipates further migration during 2010/11 - for a projected migration schedule for 2010/11 please consult the ITSO Implementation Map.
