The ISL Annual Report for 2009/10 is now available for download under Documents & Links, detailing ISL business activities for the financial year. Topics discussed include ISL HOPS statistical analysis, an overview of TCA migration and future business activities. A prospectus for TCAs leaving ISL to become ITSO Licensed Operators has now been released. Available under 'Documents and Links' it contains useful guidance and information relating to ITSO forms/documentation, fees, communications, working groups and points of contact. The first of quarterly supplier newsletters to be issued by ISL; this issue contains information relating to Mifare® Classic Phase Out, TCA Migration, HOPS maintenance, reminders and statistical information. The November ITSO Services Newsletter discusses Mifare® Classic Customer Media phase out, TCA Migration and stop listing; in addition it investigates the benefits afforded by handheld verification devices. This ITSO Services Newsletter announces the arrival of Greater London Councils to ISL, with updates on Mifare® Classic Customer Media phase out, TCA migration, stop listing and the next ISL User Group meeting. ISL has now released TCA Migration Guidance Documentation and Release Forms for member TCAs. Migrating TCAs must complete Sections B and D and return to ISL.

ITSO Services Ltd would like to welcome the inclusion of Greater London Councils to its membership, this will include 33 London Boroughs with an addition of approximately 1.2 million concessionary travel passes. The ninth ITSO Services Newsletter sends notice of this month’s ITSO EGM and the future working relationship outlined by ITSO Ltd and Department for Transport, as well as discussing the ISL Annual Report, stop listing and June’s ISL User Group meeting at the ITSO office in Birmingham. We highlight the recent Customer Media Alternatives Conference and the instigation of the ITSO Services User Group We highlight the upcoming ITSO Customer Media Alternatives Conference and the creation of the ITSO Services User Group. We discuss the current issues that matter to ITSO Services TCAs operating in ENCTS, such as the phasing out of Mifare® classic card media. We discuss some technical aspects of ITSO Services, including the ITSO Cost Calculator, in-house technical guidance, test cards and stop listing. We look back on the successful ITSO Services road shows that
took place in May and June, as well as discussing stop listing and guidance documentation. We discus the impending TCA Liaison Days, the introduction of the new stop listing process, a second Shell OID and TCA migration. As of 31 March 2008 the number of passes produced has reached the 5.7 million mark and this continues to increase daily.
